Meaning

Contemplation; observe and reflect before acting.

Wind over earth: wind moves over the land, seeing all. Contemplation.

觀：盥而不薦，有孚顒若。

初六：童觀，小人無咎，君子吝。

Contemplating the light of the kingdom; it furthers one to be a guest of the king. A good time to seek opportunity.

Contemplating others' lives; the noble one is without blame. Learn from others.
