Auspicious
An auspicious lot of meeting a guide and getting your wish. What you seek already exists; it only needs someone knowledgeable to reveal it, and then the reward exceeds expectations. Jiang Taigong and King Wen, one with talent and one who recognised it, made each other great. Seek advice humbly; the good thing is right in front of you.

The image: treasure hidden in stone; everything as you wish. The verdict: like jade within stone; a helper points it out, and you are satisfied and joyful.
As the Shang decayed, the Lord of the West, later King Wen, sought worthy men. Jiang Taigong, fishing with a straight hook by the Wei River, caught his attention; after a long talk the king took him home as his strategist, and Jiang later helped King Wu overthrow Shang. The story also appears with Lot 20; here the focus is the wise guide who reveals the jade in the stone.
