Balanced
A lot of temporary eclipse. Something good is suddenly clouded halfway and the picture is unclear; but clouds pass, and what is missing will be whole again, just as Consort Li was vindicated after years. Don't rush to conclusions; wait for the clouds to clear and mend what needs mending.

此卦月被雲遮之象。凡事昏迷未定也。
The image (the verdict is the same): the moon hidden by clouds; things are unclear and unsettled.
In the folk tale of the cat swapped for the prince, Consort Li of Emperor Zhenzong was framed: her newborn son was replaced with a skinned cat and she was cast out, later wandering the land until she wept herself blind. Years later Judge Bao uncovered the truth and she was reunited with her son, by then Emperor Renzong.
