The image: heaven and earth in harmony; great fortune without danger. The verdict: heaven brings forth all things; every plan goes through; virtue and blessing help you, and auspicious signs come quickly.
Under Qin, Liu Bang was only the constable of Sishui post in Pei County, a minor officer in charge of a way station. When the empire fell apart he rose against Qin, gathered talent such as Zhang Liang, Xiao He and Han Xin, defeated Xiang Yu and founded the Han dynasty as its first emperor.
