The image: fish and dragon not yet transformed; wait for the time and it will be fine. The verdict: though you have a foundation, you must wait; build from the basics and don't act rashly.
Zhu Yuanzhang, the Ming founder, was born to poor peasants and herded a landlord's cattle as a boy. After his family starved, he became a monk and begged for alms, then joined the Red Turban rebels and finally overthrew the Yuan. A hero need not ask where he came from: the true dragon hidden among fish.
